Set up a scheduling form for a coaching session on ShopBase Creator
On ShopBase Creator, you can set up a 1-1 online coaching session which allows you to reach customers in a more engaging and interactive setting. After you've created a coaching session and add all the necessary information to help potential members get an overview of your session, you can set up a scheduling form to let members view your available dates and schedule a coaching session with you. In this article, we will show you how to do so in just a few simple steps.
From your ShopBase Creator admin, go to Products and create a new coaching session, or click on an existing coaching session.
Click on the General tab to edit the general information for your coaching session.
In order for your members to book a coaching session with you, you will need to provide them a scheduling form. In the General tab, navigate to the Scheduling section. Here, you can either embed a booking calendar from one of our supported platforms, or link to a custom calendar link.
Click on Embed booking calendar to embed a booking calendar from 1 of the following supported platforms: Calendly, SavvyCal and YouCanBookMe. You will receive a scheduling link after registering for one of these services, which you will attach here. When members visit your product after a scheduling link is attached, a booking calendar will appear automatically. They can view all of your available upcoming slots and schedule a coaching session with you.
Click on Custom calendar link to use any custom scheduling link. You can use any web calendar service that supports booking for your customers. You can directly attach the link here, and the member can use that link to book a coaching session with you.
Once finished, click Save. And here's how your scheduling form will appear on the product page once you've successfully set it up:
