Personalize customer experience with Customer Journeys on Mailchimp
Mailchimp’s Customer Journey feature helps you build dynamic, automated marketing paths for your contacts. Create a journey map with multiple starting points, branches, and unique actions so each of your contacts has a personalized experience. A customer journey is a flow triggered every time a certain behavior occurs to send one or more automated messages, curated based on certain triggers and filters. Customer journeys make it easy to initiate and nurture relationships with your subscribers and customers over the course of their lifecycle. For example, an automated welcome email that sends to new subscribers immediately after they sign up.

Go to Mailchimp website, sign up or sign in to your existing account.
In Mailchimp dashboard, select Automations > Customer journeys. In Recent journeys section, click View My Journeys.

Here you can view the list of all existing journeys. Select View Journey in the right-handed side of the journey you want to update content.

In Customer Journey builder, you can view all specific starting points, actions, and rules that you set based on your marketing goals.

Click on the email you want to update and scroll down to view the email content. Then click Edit Email Content.

In Email builder, you can customize the content to match the style of your store.
ShopBase is developing a new feature to provide you with some basic templates with pre-configured content. Then you can click on Template in the footer and select one of ShopBase templates to start customizing your email. This feature is coming soon.
