Enable email campaigns on Mailchimp
Mailchimp is an all-in-one marketing platform that helps you share emails, ads, and other messages with your audience. These messages are called "campaigns". When you create a campaign, Mailchimp gives you lots of flexible settings and design options. This article will help you easily and effectively configure email campaigns to fit your store's content and design.

A campaign is a marketing message that you share through email, ads, or some other channels. In Mailchimp, a regular email is a bulk email campaign sent to many contacts at once. When you create a regular email, you will use a checklist-style campaign builder to add recipients, choose your settings, and design your content.
Go to Mailchimp website, sign up or sign in to your existing account.
In Mailchimp dashboard, select Campaigns > All campaigns and click on Edit in the right-hand side of the campaign you want to update content.

Here you can view all your campaign details and optimize your campaign settings based on your marketing goals. In Content section, select Edit Design.

In Email builder, you can customize the content to match the style of your store.
ShopBase is developing a new feature to provide you with some basic templates with pre-configured content. Then you can click on Template > Switch templates and select one of ShopBase templates to start customizing your email. This feature is coming soon.

Schedule: To create a schedule for sending emails later.
