Create a digital download on ShopBase Creator
Digital download products will create downloadable files, such as PDFs, eBooks, templates, workbooks, or audio files, for your online customers. In this article, we will show you how to create a digital download on ShopBase Creator.
From your ShopBase Creator admin, go to Products and click on Add product.
In the General information section, you can give your digital download a title and customize its URL.
In Title: You can enter a title for your digital download. Your title can have a maximum of 255 characters.
In URL and handle: By default, the URL handle will be generated automatically based on the title of your product. You can change the URL handle as needed to help with SEO and improve the product's search rankings.
In Product type, select Digital download to create a new digital download.
The product type cannot be changed once the product is created.
When you are finished, click Add product.
Your digital download product will have the Unpublished status when it is first created. The next step is to add general information so that your members can have an overview of your product!
