From ShopBase Admin >> Setting >> Notifications >> Abandoned Checkout - First email if you decide to add promo code to the first email.



Change email subject: Abandoned Checkout - First email >> Email subject. You can skip this step if you want to remain it unchanged.



Customize Email body to add promo code: Find the line that you want to add information and insert.
