A. Whitelist your domain

In addition to using the Messenger Profile API, your Facebook Page admins may also update your domain whitelist in Page settings by doing the following:



Click Settings at the top of your Facebook Page

Click Advance Messaging on the left

Edit whitelisted domains for your page in the Whitelisted Domains section

Note: Type in both the https and http variants of your domain to ensure it works for 100% of users.

Click the Save button.

B. Add Messenger to your ShopBase website

Click Settings at the top of your Facebook Page

Click Messaging on the left

In the section Add Messenger to your website, click Get Started



Continue setting up your chat plugin;
Step 1: Set up your language and customize your greeting:



Step 2: Custom colors in Facebook Live Chat matching your store design:



Step 3: Add your primary domain name and copy the scripts to use in the next step. Click Finish button.



C. Embed a snippet of code in your website

At your ShopBase admin, go to Online store > Preferences.

At the Additional scripts section, add the scripts copied in the previous step into the Body of every webpage:



Save your new changes and check the result on your store front.
