Add Facebook Live Chat to your ShopBase Website
Integrating Facebook Messenger to your website is one of several simple live chat solutions. In ShopBase stores, you just need a Fan Page and you could show your own Facebook Live Chat on your online store to connect your customers every time and every where . This part will show you how to add Facebook Live Chat to your ShopBase website.

In addition to using the Messenger Profile API, your Facebook Page admins may also update your domain whitelist to add Facebook Live Chat to your store.
To update your domain whitelist, go to Settings & privacy > Settings at the top of your Facebook Page and select New Pages experience.

Click on Advanced messaging. In the White-listed domains section, enter the store domain that your want to whitelist and click Add.

Type in both the https and http variants of your domain to ensure it works for 100% of users.
Then, to add the Facebook Live Chat box of your page to your store, navigate to your Meta Business Suite.
Select your business' Facebook Page in the dropdown menu in the left side navigation menu.

Select Inbox in the left side navigation menu.

Select the Settings icon and click on View all settings.

Select Chat plugin in the left side navigation menu.

Customize your chat plugin's automated messages, color, and alignment in the Automations and Customise your Chat plugin sections.

To enable chat on your website, click on Set up.

In the dialog, select the Standard setup method.

In Step 1, set up the default language for your chat plugin.

In Step 2, enter the domain for the website that you want to add the chat plugin to.

Type in both the https and http variants of your domain to ensure it works for 100% of users.
In Step 3, copy the scripts to use in the next step. Then, click the Finish button in Step 4.

From your ShopBase admin, go to Online store > Preferences.

At the Additional scripts section, add the scripts copied in the previous step into the Body of every webpage:

In the latest Facebook version, the script will contain a version: 'v12.0' section. Please make sure to change it to version: 'v11.0' for the script to be compatible as in the photo below. ShopBase will soon update this feature so that this manual change is no longer required.

Click Save.
Make sure to Publish your Chat plugin in the Inbox settings of your Meta Business Suite to display the Facebook Live Chat box on your store.
