Get tracking number for your order

In some cases, stock may arrive at the warehouse later than anticipated, causing the shipping process to be delayed. Buyers can file claims or open disputes on payment gateways if their orders have not been shipped. To solve this issue, ShopBase offers a feature that allows you to obtain order tracking numbers ahead of time and send them to your Buyers.

Step by Step Tutorial



From your ShopBase admin site, go to Orders > All orders and select the order you want to get tracking of. In the order's detail page, select Get tracking number.


Or you can go to Fulfillment > PlusHub > Fulfillment. In the Awaiting stock tab, select the line items you want to get tracking of and click Get tracking number.


Sometimes, an order will be split into multiple fulfillment packages due to order's weight or shipping carrier's policy, etc. Therefore, an order may have multiple tracking numbers for different line items.

In the pop-up, check or uncheck the option Send order confirmation email to buyer and click Confirm.

If Send shipping confirmation email to buyer is checked, the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be automatically sent to your buyers once you click Confirm.
If Send shipping confirmation email to buyer to unchecked, the shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your buyers once the package has been shipped.


Then, the tracking number will be displayed on the order detail page, and the Awaiting stock tab in PlusHub > Fulfillment page.

You can click on Track shipment to track the order shipment and click on Edit tracking to edit the order's tracking number.


In case you get multiple tracking numbers at once, it will take a few minutes for all tracking numbers to be updated on your store.
The tracking number will remain unchanged after the package has been shipped.
At the moment, you can only get tracking numbers for orders that are fulfilled with PlusHub and have Awaiting stock fulfillment status.
