Activate and deactivate an offer
You can activate or deactivate one or more offers in the Boost Upsell app in just a few basic taps. In this article, we will show you how to enable or disable an offer on Boost Upsell app.

From ShopBase admin site, go to Apps > Boost Upsell. You can also access the Boost Upsell app by going to Marketing & Sales > Boost Upsell.
Click on the incentive that contains the offer you want to activate/deactivate on the left column (Upsell, Quantity discounts, Bundles, or Accessories).
Click on the offer you want to activate/deactivate.
On the edit offer page, click Hide offer to deactivate the active offer and Show offer to activate the inactive one.
Click Save.
From ShopBase admin site, go to Apps > Boost Upsell. You can also access the Boost Upsell app by going to Marketing & Sales > Boost Upsell.
Click on the section that contains the offer you want to activate/deactivate on the left column (Upsell, Quantity discounts, Bundles, or Accessories).
Tick the offer(s) you want to activate/deactivate. Then, click Action > Active offer to activate or Action > Deactivate offer to deactivate them.
The activation or deactivation of an offer as guided in this article applies to the following incentives: Upsell, Quantity discounts Cross-sell, Bundles Cross-sell, Accessories Cross-sell.
