Open Conversion Analytic Dashboard

Conversion rate is the percentage of visitors to your website that complete a desired goal (a conversion) out of the total number of visitors. A high conversion rate is indicative of successful marketing and web design: It means people are interested in what you're offering and pay for it!

Step by Step Tutorial

From your ShopBase admin, go to Analytics > Conversion Analytic.

You can also access the Conversion Analytic reports from the Analytics dashboard. Start by going to Analytics > Analytics and click Conversion Reports in the Online store conversion rate section.

On Conversion Analytic page:

You can export data for deeper analysis by clicking on Export. The downloaded .csv file contains data by your selected filters.

If you have more than one store, you can select the store you want to see conversion analytic report by clicking on Current store and ticking the stores in the list displayed in the drop-down menu.

By default, the Conversion Analytic page shows today's data. If you want to see data of a different time period, click Today then click the date as shown below and choose a date range you want, such as last 7 days or you can set the Custom time by clicking on the date on the calendar. After selecting the time period to view conversion analysis, press Apply.

You can choose to filter the reports by Hour, Day, Week, and Month in the Group by section.

When filtering your reports using Group by and time period, it is recommended to use a shorter period of time to watch your conversion rate and see its pattern more clearly and accurately.
You can filter the reports by the steps in the conversion funnel in the Conversion rate by funnel section.

The Conversion Analytic page contains the following 3 reports:

Conversion rate over time: You can track the conversion rate of your filtered date range and funnel.

Conversion rate by funnel: You can track the conversion rate of your filtered date range and funnel by each checkout step to another.

It also includes a detailed conversion rate report overtime, divided by country.
