Integrate Etsy to ShopBase
In this article, we will guide you on how to connect your Etsy account to ShopBase, manage and fulfill your Etsy orders on ShopBase with just a few easy steps.

Make sure that your account is registered as a seller on Etsy before connecting to ShopBase.
From your ShopBase admin site, go to Marketing & Sales > Sales channels and select Etsy.
Click Connect to integrate your Etsy account to ShopBase.
Click Allow access to give permissions to your ShopBase store. After that, you'll be redirected to your store admin.
Once the Etsy account is successfully connected, it will be shown in the list with Active status.
You can connect several Etsy accounts to a ShopBase store. However, each Etsy account can only be connected to one ShopBase store at a time. After your account is connected, all Etsy orders created from the last 7 days will be automatically synced to ShopBase.
In some cases, due to disrupted connection, your account is marked as Inactive. Please disconnect your account and reconnect it to proceed.
Choose settings for your Etsy account.
If you choose Automatically update order details from Etsy, all updates on Etsy orders will be automatically synced to ShopBase.
If you choose Automatically update fulfilled status and tracking number to Etsy, all fulfillment updates from ShopBase will be automatically synced to your Etsy account.
These settings are applied on all connected Etsy accounts. You can change them anytime and the updates will be applied for actions after the change.
From your ShopBase admin site, go to Orders. Your Etsy orders will be listed with the order number format: #Etsy-<Etsy Receipt ID>
Select More filters > Sales channel > Etsy to filter out all Etsy orders linked to the selected store.
Continue to fulfill your Etsy orders on ShopBase. If you choose Automatically update fulfilled status and tracking number to Etsy in Settings > Sales channels > Etsy, ShopBase will sync these updates to your Etsy account.
After disconnecting your Etsy account to the store, you can still be able to re-connect it later.
From your ShopBase admin site, go to Marketing & Sales > Sales channels and select Etsy.
In the Etsy accounts section, click Disconnect button next to the store you want to disconnect.

C. Disconnect Etsy account
After disconnecting your Etsy account to the store, you can still be able to re-connect it later.
From your ShopBase admin site, go to Marketing & Sales > Sales channels and select Etsy.
In the Etsy accounts section, click Disconnect button next to the store you want to disconnect.
