Delete URL Redirect

URL Redirect is especially useful when shortening links or redirecting URLs from one webpage to another. It enables you to generate a quick link to a product page using your own domain. If you delete a product, you can set up a URL redirect so that customers who visit the old URL of that product are forwarded to the new product on your ShopBase shop. This section will instruct you on how to delete URL redirect.

A. Delete a URL redirect



From your ShopBase admin, go to Online Store > Navigation and click on URL Redirects.


Click the URL Redirect you want to delete.


Click Delete.


Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm the deletion of URL Redirect.



B. Delete multiple URL redirects



From your ShopBase admin, go to Online Store > Navigation and click on URL Redirects.


Click the box on the left of each URL Redirect you want to delete, click Action, choose Delete selected redirects.


Click Delete in the pop-up to confirm the deletion of URL Redirect.
