B. Set gender and age-group
C. Add and override default feed values
D. Sync product feed data to shopping channels

A. Create product feeds with ShopBase

Go to ShopBase admin > Products > Product feeds > Add product feed.

Select the sales channel where you want to submit your product data.

Google: You can create only 1 product feed for Google with an unlimited number of variants. It will be an advanced product feed using content API, so no URL will be provided for this product feed. Instead, your product data will be automatically synced to the Google Merchant Center account connected to your ShopBase store.
Klaviyo: You can create only 1 product feed for Klaviyo with an unlimited number of variants. It will be a basic product feed using files and feed URLs will be provided. Due to Klaviyo regulations, if your feed contains more than 25,000 variants or is greater than 100MB, ShopBase will generate more than one link for you.
TikTok: You can create up to 10 product feeds for TikTok with a limited number of 50,000 variants or 50MB per feed. It will be a basic product feed using files and feed URLs will be provided.
Others: You can create up to 20 product feeds for other sales channels with a limited number of 50,000 variants or 100MB per feed. It will be a basic product feed using files and feed URLs will be provided.

Fill all necessary fields and create the feed. You can name the feed in the format Collection name - Product Feed.

Any products without images can't be generated to feeds, so they won't appear in your product feed's data.

The necessary fields are customized based on your selected sales channel. For example, when you create a product feed for Google:

If the product is personalized or you are the only Advertiser running Shopping Ads on such product, choose Yes under Submit products as custom products. We will not submit any product identifier for these Custom products (such as Brand Name and Barcode/GTIN).
In case you want to set the same brand name for all your products, enter your brand name in Default Brand Name.
Gender and age group are required if your selected Google's product category is Apparel & Accessories.

Your feeds will NOT be created if: Your store is frozen or closed; or the payment for the next subscription cycle is not made successfully; or a public domain is not connected to your store.

B. Set gender and age-group

This step is required if you sell apparel.

There are two ways to set gender and age group.

Set up in feed settings.
Set up via product tag, by following the steps below:

From your ShopBase admin site, go to Products and click on the name of the product you are intending to add labels.

On the product detail page, find product's Tags section. Fill in your desired attributes in the correct format, and hit Enter to confirm your new attributes. Click Save changes on the top-right corner when you finish making your changes.

ShopBase supports adding tags for fields of products with template feed-{field}-{Value} to override the default value. Check out section C of this article for more information.

If Gender and Age-group are set in product feed and also added tags for products, prioritize the tags.
After creating, your product feeds will be automatically updated at the time specified in the feed settings, and the update process might take a few hours.

The link (URL) for a basic product feed using file will remain the same even if the feed is updated.
Your feeds will NOT be automatically generated if: Your store is frozen or closed; or the payment for the next subscription cycle is not made successfully; or a public domain is not connected to your store.

C. Add or override default feed values

For fields such as Custom Labels or values that you want to override, you can add a product tag (or bulk update tags) for the products to manually add feed values. The format is feed-{field}-{Value}. Please refer to this article for more information on how to add and override default feed values.

Example: To add a custom label whose value is ABC, you need to add the tag feed-custom_label_0-ABC to your product.

D. Sync product feed data to shopping channels
