If you want to change the domain that the Buyers use to visit your store, you can add a custom domain. Furthermore, before you begin selling, you must add at least one custom domain to your store in order to increase store credibility and allow the Buyers to complete payments for their orders.

You can add a custom domain to ShopBase in the following ways:

Buy a custom domain through ShopBase: If you want to buy a new domain, you can buy one from ShopBase to simplify the setup process. Please refer to this article for more information on how to buy a domain from ShopBase.
Connect your custom domain to ShopBase: If you already have a domain from a third-party provider, then you can connect this custom domain to your online store. You will still use the third-party domain provider to manage your domain settings, pay for your domain, and renew it.
